SSI Germany is part of the international SSI Group, established in 2001 as an independent company and is responsible for Europe. SSI International was founded over three decades ago in Chicago as a company specializing in professional software development. Initially, SSI was dedicated to the mission of enabling companies to leverage the power of mathematical modeling and computation to solve problems. Over the years, SSI has established local and international development centers and a team of highly qualified engineers, data scientists, and software developers to support customers worldwide in developing innovative technology products and solutions. The challenge

SSI, a globally operating conglomerate with international successes, faced the significant challenge of effectively scaling its business operations in Germany. A key obstacle was establishing a strong and relevant brand identity in the German market. The specific task was to adapt SSI's global image to the cultural and market-specific characteristics in Germany without neglecting the core values and global orientation of the conglomerate. Further, the mission included creating a new business model and marketing platform dedicated to new methods and radically changed market needs for digital customer acquisition.

The solution

At the beginning of our collaboration with SSI, we focused on developing a clear positioning and an irresistible offer with "You Think. We Work.":

This strategic foundation was crucial to highlight SSI's unique values and advantages in the German market. The new SSI subscription model rewrites the story of on-site and offshore work. Having established this foundation, we then focused on building a hybrid web presence according to today's requirements for product launches and automated lead generation. Through appealing design and targeted content, we were able to optimally represent SSI's brand identity online and capture the attention of potential customers.

After these essential steps were successfully implemented, we transitioned SSI to digital marketing and sales processes for the promotion of "You Think. We Work.", implemented an automated outreach strategy and data-driven sales process, and continuously coached the management and their leaders. The solution enabled the efficient scheduling of qualified appointments, resulting in a significant increase in customer interaction and acquisition. Through this comprehensive and methodical approach, we not only managed to provide SSI with an effective market entry in Germany but also laid the foundation for sustainable growth and success.
