From the recipe to the finished product, SBLC provides its customers with advice and support.
2022 - present
Before our collaboration, SBLC faced the classic challenges of a start-up. There were no tangible processes and there was a lack of a uniform infrastructure for managing the company. In particular, the lack of a global and automated CRM system repeatedly led to extra work.
The main focus of our collaboration was to introduce automated and scalable processes in the company. For this reason, a global CRM system was implemented at the beginning and presented to the employees in a workshop.
In order to optimize the sales processes of the young company, we set up an initial sales funnel based on a target group analysis.
Thanks to the comprehensive support provided by Brandworkspace, projects could be processed in a much more structured and efficient manner right from the introduction of the CRM system and related processes. As a result, cosmetics customers were not only served faster and with greater satisfaction, but the capacity for new projects also increased. Thanks to this high degree of automation, each sales employee can now generate over 50 deals per time unit.
