REHAU is a leading global company and a premium brand for polymer-based solutions in the construction, automotive and industrial sectors. With over 20,000 employees worldwide, the company is characterized by innovation and progress, with a particular focus on sustainability and the requirements of future generations.
REHAU faced the demanding challenge of presenting its diverse product range in a way that was both informative and emotionally appealing. The task was to develop a strategy that would present the physical products in a virtual environment while conveying REHAU's brand identity in an authentic and vibrant way. The need to create a digital brand experience that is accessible to a wide audience both on-site in the showroom and globally required the use of innovative technologies. The challenge was to achieve a seamless integration between the real and virtual worlds to enable a new way of presenting products that reflects REHAU's innovation and diversity.
To meet REHAU's challenge, we developed an innovative showroom concept, the "REHAU World". This concept uses augmented reality to vividly and interactively present REHAU's diverse product range in a virtual environment. Visitors can use tablets to take a three-dimensional tour of REHAU World, where the products are presented in an abstract model city.
This technology makes it possible to show the products directly at their place of use, even if they are normally invisible, for example in walls, underground or installed in machines. The app offers a global, digital experience of REHAU World, which is used for internal purposes such as employee onboarding as well as for customer presentations.
In addition, we developed a content management system that enables REHAU to maintain and update content such as texts, images and videos in multiple languages. This holistic solution not only strengthens REHAU's brand identity, but also enables an effective and emotional brand and product experience that positions the company as innovative and future-oriented.
